Hi, I’m Becka,
I’m so pleased you’ve stumbled upon Amazingly Human. I help people and organisations communicate and connect in ways that feel real.
I’m a consultant and facilitator with experience working across the NHS and public service systems, supporting organisations with engagement, strategy and inclusive change.
My background spans communications, engagement, facilitation, health inequalities and system leadership, often working at the intersection of multiple organisations, priorities and perspectives.
Over time, I’ve seen how easily change and strategy can become disconnected from the people they affect — particularly in pressured systems. I’ve also seen what’s possible when organisations slow down enough to create clarity, reflection and shared understanding.
That experience shapes everything I do.
I believe that communication isn’t just about what we say — it’s how we make people feel. And when we communicate with care, we create change that lasts.
Let’s start the conversation and see if we’ll be a good fit.
What Guides My Work
I’m particularly drawn to work that:
spans systems, partnerships or sectors
involves inequality, power or lived experience
requires careful facilitation rather than quick fixes
My role is not to impose frameworks, but to help organisations and individuals make sense of complexity and move forward with integrity.
Two Contexts, One Philosophy
I work in two connected ways:
With organisations, I support NHS, public service teams and purpose-led organisations to design and deliver engagement, facilitation and learning that is inclusive, thoughtful and effective.
With individuals, I create spaces for reflection, voice and confidence — particularly for those working inside demanding systems who rarely get time to pause and reconnect with themselves.
Same values.
Different contexts.
Always people-first.
