Amazingly Human is the trading name of Rebecca Wilson, operating in the United Kingdom.

3. Services

We provide communication and engagement consultancy, facilitation, workshops, coaching, and wellbeing services to individuals, teams, and organisations.

Service details, fees, and delivery methods are set out on our website or confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

4. Booking & Payment

  • Fees must be paid in full or as agreed before sessions begin.

  • Payments are accepted via Stripe/PayPal/Bank Transfer.

  • For consultancy or organisational projects, a written agreement or proposal will outline the scope, deliverables, and payment terms.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Individuals (coaching, workshops, courses):

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a session can be rescheduled at no cost.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session may be charged in full.

  • Refunds for digital or downloadable products are not available once the file or access has been provided, unless legally required.

Organisations (consultancy, facilitation, training):

  • Cancellation terms will be agreed within each contract or proposal.

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced or resources prepared.

6. Use of Materials

All materials, resources, and intellectual property provided by Amazingly Human remain the property of Rebecca Wilson unless stated otherwise.
They are for personal or internal organisational use only and may not be shared, copied, or reproduced without written consent.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all discussions and information shared during coaching, workshops, or consultancy work.
We will not disclose information to third parties without your consent, unless required by law or safeguarding concerns arise.

8. Disclaimer

Our services aim to support wellbeing, communication, inclusion and leadership growth.
They do not replace medical, psychological, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, and actions.

We make every effort to provide accurate information, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Amazingly Human and Rebecca Wilson are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or services.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
